A: If you received an invitation in the mail, then your trial webpage is already online and ready to use. If you sign up for a trial on our website, we will call to verify your information before putting your webpage online. From the Control Panel, you will find your expiration date in the Billing Section. If you are not satisfied, there is nothing for you to do. We will delete your webpage from our servers at the end of the trial. If you would like to keep your webpage, be sure to click the "Pay Now" link in the Billing Section before the end of your trial. Top of page ![]() Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept the following credit cards as well as PayPal. All of our transactions are processed via PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to make your credit card payment. Top of page ![]() Q: What is PayPal? A: Paypal is a subsidary of eBay, one of the largest online merchants in the world. It allows payments and money transfers to be made securely through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. Top of page ![]() Q: Do I lose out if I pay before the end of my trial or service expiration date? A: No. If we receive your payment on or before your expiration date, we will add one year of service to the expiration date. Top of page ![]() Q: Can I set up my service to renew automatically? A: Unfortunately we cannot offer automatic renewal at this time. But we will make sure to send you a renewal notice to avoid any lapse in service. Top of page ![]() Q: How do I renew my service? A: One month prior to your expiration date we will send an e-mail reminder to renew your service. You can view your expiration date in the Billing Section of the Control Panel any time. In the Billing Section there is a button to "Pay Now" which can be used to renew your service. A receipt for the renewal will be e-mailed to you immediately. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your expiration date to be updated. Top of page ![]() Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Customers may cancel service at any time by sending an e-mail to support@clicktofindus.com along with the current username and password. However, we are not able to offer refunds for the unused portion of your service. By default, a cancellation request will result in your webpage being removed from our servers within 2 business days unless you request your service to remain active through the end of your billing cycle. If you do not intend to renew your service at the end of your billing cycle, you do not need to call in to cancel. Non-payment at the end of your billing cycle will result in automatic cancellation. Top of page ![]() Q: Do you have a referral program? A: Yes we do! We love word of mouth advertising. We will show our appreciation by giving you and the business you refer an additional 3 months of service for free. That's a combined value of $25 for both you and the business you refer. The additional 3 months of service will be applied when the referred business purchases our service. Please note that this referal program only applies to new customer referrals. Existing Click To Find Us customers and customers that have been inactive for less than a year do not qualify. Top of page ![]() Q: How do I refer someone? A: You can refer someone by phone or e-mail. We will need to know your 8 digit username and the following information about the business you refer:
![]() Q: What is the Control Panel? A: The Control Panel is our easy to use interface that allows you to customize and manage your webpage. It was designed with ease of use in mind utilizing a fill in the blank and drop down selection interface. After logging in with your username and password, you can edit the details displayed on your webpage: business name, address, hours of operation, and contact information. The Control Panel allows you to upload your own logo and change the color scheme of the webpage's text and backgrounds. You are also able to upload files to share with your customers such as menus, brochures, and more. This is also where you can go to review your service expiration date as well as submit payment to renew your service. Top of page ![]() Q: What is your Service Level Agreement (SLA)? A: Click To Find Us offers a best effort SLA. Our goal is 100% uptime. However, maintenance, updates, and emergencies may result in outages. If you ever have a problem with your service, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly identify the problem and work on the solution. Top of page ![]() Q: Do you have a Privacy Policy? A: Click To Find Us values your privacy. We will not share or sell any of your information with any other vendor. We will also limit our contact with you to issues solely related to your webpage including but not necessarily limited to renewal reminders, notification of changes/enhancements to the service, and notification of scheduled outages. ![]() Q: Do you have any other domains to choose from? A: You can create your webpage address using one of the following domains:
![]() Q: Can I get a webpage with my own domain name? A: Yes you can. If you don't already own a domain, we can register and host one for you. We are able to host domains ending with .com, .net, .biz, .info, and .org. We can also provide you an email address (example: info@yourbusiness.com) that will be forwarded to your existing e-mail account. If you do own a domain, you can have your hosting provider point it to your webpage here at Click To Find Us. Top of page ![]() Q: How do I get my own domain name? A: The hardest part of getting a new domain name will be finding one that isn't already in use. One of the easiest ways to find out if a domain is available is to type it into your web browser. If you get an error message or are redirected to a search engine like Google then there is a chance the domain is available and we can register it for you. Once you have found a domain you like, send an email to domains@clicktofindus.com with the following information:
![]() Q: I already have a domain name, how can I use it with your service? A: You will need to contact your domain hosting provider and have them point yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com to our server: clicktofindus.com. This is typically done by adding or editing a CNAME record for your domain (your provider should know what to do). It may take a couple days for the changes to take effect. After contacting your domain provider send an e-mail to domains@clicktofindus.com. We will need the following information:
![]() Q: What if I don't have an e-mail address? A: There are many FREE e-mail providers on the Internet. Some of the major brands offering this service include Google, Yahoo, AOL, and Microsoft. The preceding links will take you to signup pages for these services. Examples of the address you could create (depending on availability) are mybusiness@g-mail.com, mybusiness@yahoo.com, mybusiness@aol.com, or mybusiness@hotmail.com. Top of page ![]() Q: Can I get an e-mail address using clicktofindus.com or one of the other domains you offer? A: Sorry, we do not offer e-mail accounts using our domains at this time. A: There should be a setting in your e-mail application for "Reply To Address" or "Return Address". Enter your customized e-mail address and your e-mail recipients will see it as the "FROM:" address on your e-mails. Top of page ![]() Q: What if I forget my password? A: If you forget your password you will need send an e-mail to support@clicktofindus.com. It is our policy to verify all password reset requests by calling the phone number we have on file prior to making a change. A: If you don't have a logo to add to your webpage, your company name will be displayed as text at the top of the screen. If you're interested, there are several sites on the Internet that can help you design a logo for FREE. Example sites are Cool Text, Sparklee, Halloween Text, or GRSites Logo Maker. Top of page ![]() Q: What file types can I use for my logo? A: The logo image must be a .gif or .jpg file and cannot be larger than 1MB. Top of page ![]() Q: What file types can I share with my customers? A: You can share up to three files of type .doc, .xls, .pdf, .gif, and .jpg. Each file must be smaller than 10MB in size. Top of page ![]() Q: How do I make a .pdf file to upload to my webpage? A: We recommend using a FREE tool called CutePDF Writer that can be downloaded here. Once installed you will have a new printer called CutePDF Writer that you can select when printing from any of your applications. When you print using the CutePDF Writer, instead of printing out on paper, it will create a PDF document of your file. Top of page ![]() Q: What web browsers will my webpage work with? A: There are many web browsers with many different versions available. We do our best to ensure compatibility on the majority of these browsers with emphasis on the latest versions of Internet Explorer and FireFox.
